*Due to the Nature of these Boxes, they are Final Sale (No Returns/Refunds). However we do accept Exchanges for the 'Main Item' (Leotards, Sets), All Extras outside of that are Non-Returnable/Cannot be exchanged. We try and pick items based on the answers we receive on the survey you fill out.
*We cannot accept an exchange or return of any item once it is worn and/or washed. Also, specific collections are Final Sale/No Exchanges/Returns. As well as Mystery Grab Bag Leotards/Sets.
*Although the cost to exchange is Free. Buyer is responsible for Shipping Costs to/from for the exchange.
*Exchanges must be sent back within 30 days from the date it shows it was delivered to you.
*We highly recommend you send the item back with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
