What is a Buckeye Boutique Box?

A Buckeye Boutique Box is a subscription box filled with themed items and goodies based upon what YOU like. Each box is hand written and items are hand picked by our team based upon the theme you choose and what you tell us you like. We also take into consideration age and preference too. We can customize the box for any age & gender. Delivered straight to you :) 

What themes can I choose from ?

We currently have boxes for Dancers, Gymnasts, Disney Fanatics and our 4 Pack Princess Box (Princess, Mermaid, Unicorn and Fairy Theme). If you choose the Holiday 6 Month Subscription, there are Holiday Theme Goodies in there too! To get a Holiday Themed Item, the order will need to be placed 30 days prior to the Holiday. We are working on some new themes so check back soon! If you have any theme ideas you like, send us an e-mail, we'd love to hear from you.

What will I get in my box?

Once you pick your theme and sign up, a detailed survey will be e-mailed within 48 hours (excludes weekends and holidays),  so we get to know you.  Please check your spam folder. It is sent to the e-mail address you used when paying. If you decide to use a different e-mail address to fill out the survey PLEASE let us know as we only get notified if a survey is filled out with the e-mail address we send it to. Then items will be hand picked by our buckeye team just for YOU! We don't send the same box out to everyone so you get items YOU like! Once the survey is filled out, it takes appx. 10-14 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to pick, pack and process your order. *If we have a question or an item is not available that we have to special order, it could delay your order. If all parts are not filled out or answers contradict themselves, we will reach out and it could delay the shipment. Sometimes we offer 'Ready to Ship' Boxes we post on Social Media. Those take appx. 3-5 business days (Or 5-7 business days to process during our Holiday Season) 


We keep hundreds of items in stock, but sometimes we have to special order an item or we run out. We do not mass produce these and send the same thing in each box, so it takes a little time to personalize each box. Please be sure to double check your address. All orders are shipped to the address provided in the payment, unless you let us know otherwise.

How often will I received my Box?

You get to choose! We have the following options:

  • One month subscription. You will received 1 box. Perfect for someone that wants to try our boxes out and not be locked in or choose how often they want to receive them; as well as perfect for gift giving!

  • 4 Month Subscription. You will receive 4 boxes a year. 

  • 6 Month Subscription. You will receive 6 boxes a year.

  • 9 Month Subscription. You will receive 9 boxes a year.

We also offer Holiday Subscription Boxes, which include Holiday Themed Goodies.

  • 2 Month Holiday Subscription. You will received 1 box during your birthday month and 1 box in December for the Holiday.

  • 6 Month Holiday Subscription. You will received 6 boxes a year for 6 Holidays/Themes (Birthday, Valentines Day, Easter/Spring, Summer, Halloween & December/Holiday/Winter).


Cancel / Exchanges / Changes

  • If you need to cancel, please let us know by the 15th of each month. We never want you to feel locked in and we allow cancellations.

  • If you receive a 'main' item that you do not like or does not fit, no problem. We do allow exchanges for the 'main' items (Leotards, Shorts, Dresses, etc.) You will just need to pay shipping for the item to be exchanged and notify us in the same month it was received. Due to the nature of the boxes, they are Final Sale (No Returns/Refunds) but we do offer Exchanges on the 'Main Item' within 30 days of receiving it. If there is an issue with an item we need to know within 30 days as most of the manufactures will not be able to fix the issue past the 30 days window. We cannot accept a return/exchange past 30 days.

  • Once an item has been worn, used or washed the return/exchange policy is voided and we can no longer accept an item back.

  • If a refund has to be issued (due to ordering a duplicate product or ordering an item in error BEFORE the items ships), starting 10/11/19, paypal does not refund the transaction fees, so the refund will be transaction fees (and shipping if it is a return).

  • Holiday, Flash Sale, Grab Bag Leotards, So Powerful Collection & Custom Items are Final Sale (No Returns/Exchanges).

  • Change in address? Or need it to be shipped somewhere else? No Problem. Let us know before the 1st of the month.

  • Did the subscriber of the box grow, or change 'taste'? Let us know so we can update your preferences. We will send out a new survey each year to update as well.

  • We cannot guarantee fit of item, but we try to send the correct size based upon the information you provide us. Please be as specific/accurate as possible for a perfect fit.

  • In the event an incorrect main item was sent (error on our end (i.e size), we will issue a pre-paid postage label to send it back to us, we will send the correct item out once we receive the item back)

Other F.A.Q

  • If you are doing a multiple box subscription, your credit card will NOT be be automatically charged each month, you will receive an invoice to be paid, typically within 72 hours of the prior box being sent, unless you have them being sent every other, then 30 days after the prior box being sent. You have 30 days to pay the invoice or your subscription will be canceled.  

  • We Ship to the USA, Canada, UK, France, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Norway, Netherlands, Israel, Iceland, Finland, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand Japan + More (Adding new places often!)
